I love this place! I've been shopping here for at least last 10 years. I have gotten here over the years some great jewelry, stylish sun dresses, fun home decor and political gifts as well. Just the other day I bought Elizabeth Warren statuette and Joe Biden hat and keychains ,they also had Bernie but he's just not my guy😊.So it isn't fair for my fellow Democrats to say that they only have Trump,especially the local guide-shouldn't your review be a little more objective, based on your shopping experience, customer service, quality of merchandise and pricing? I think it's you who's unprofessional here. You just singled out one item out of hundreds and because it didn't align with your political views you gave a negative review. Be careful when shopping at this store. We came to Lake Geneva with guests and stopped by the store. Right at the front display was a Labubu figure, which is currently very popular. I asked the seller if it was original, and they replied that it was from Pop Mart. My friends and I bought six boxes. Each box had a code that, when scanned, led to Pop Mart’s website.

When we got home — which is an hour and a half away from Lake Geneva — the kids started opening the boxes. All six boxes were sealed with tape. In one of them, the inner bag was already opened, and all of the Labubu figures turned out to be fake.

Visited Lake Geneva for the first time this past weekend for a wedding. Loved this shop, but am having trouble reaching them by phone. I bought a $150 bracelet and it broke when I was putting it on a couple hours after I bought it. Called the store immediately about getting a refund. The lady who sold me the bracelet said that she would have the manager call me the next day, but I have not heard from anyone. Have tried to call several times during the week, but there is no answer- and the voice mailbox is full, so I can't even leave a message.
