Pink Moon Bay Boutique — Local services in Lake Geneva

BEWARE the return policy at this place! As a frequent customer of Pink Moon Bay, I own a number of pieces from this store. My husband bought my Christmas gifts from PMB for the last two years. This Christmas, we needed to leave for Florida immediately after the holiday. The gifts my husband selected did not fit me and so I called the store to indicate that I would be returning two items, not for money, but for store credit. The young lady that I first spoke with was very helpful and was able to pull up my receipt, as luck would have it, on the last day of their exchange period and said that she would put it aside and explain that I was a repeat customer who was unable to physically be at the store until Friday (three days after the return policy ended.) Again, the store had my receipt, knew of my intent to return for store credit within the return period, but I was two thousand miles away and could not be there until first thing Friday morning. No dice. A manger called to say that they had a no exceptions policy and that there was nothing she would do for me. I told her that I knew that she could actually put the receipt aside knowing I'd be in for an exchange and she told me that yes, they could do that, but they would not. This lack of understanding tells me all I need to know about how they feel about our business as customers. I have instructed my husband to never shop there again. It really is a shame as I've been a loyal customer since we moved to the area and always made it a point to stop by with friends and family whenever we were in...

Awful last experience. I would say no complaints, but this summer 2025, I was in the store, with my friend and I, and we were just trying on clothes. I understand we did come in at 4:45 and it does close at 5pm. Mind you, the lack of respect by the employees when we were trying on clothes just because the store was about to close?! Doesn’t make sense. The manger and her employee were literally waiting outside our dressing room and they said and quote “the people before these girls were a lot nicer”. I told my friend what they said, and I was going to purchase a shirt too, but why would I purchase something from a store full of disrespectful workers. So I simply handed my clothes back, and found myself out the store. I am completely disappointed in the way I was treated this early June. Please consider being more mindful of your customers as they are the ones keeping you in business....

Just went to Lake Geneva to shop on mother’s day and came across this beautiful floral dress, we have a bridal shower coming up soon so I tried it on and loved it bought it for $70! Just today I’m at my local mall and walking through stores when I see the exact same dress on a mannequin at the store ‘Dry Goods’ It’s being sold at Dry Goods for only $10 less but still, I’m confused since this is a beautiful piece at a small boutique with tons of “trusted” employees and reviews. I don’t see anywhere on their website or socials that they resell clothing but I’m disappointed honestly! Thought I was finding a one of a kind...
