I had the pleasure of ordering from mrs. Alexis today! I'm currently living in nebraska and wanted to surprise my mom who works In the mall with a cake for her birthday. I got the order ready and called the store explaining everything to this young lady. She then proceeded to help me find the best way to surprise my mom and even called me back to confirm the cake would be ready before my mom got to to work. I'm blown away at how easy and pleasant this experience and employee were. I will be ordering giant cookies for my loved ones often...

It’s been a while that I have ordered from here. Because of customer service, I understand young minded kids but it’s no excuse to look at me like I’m retarted when asking a question when I simply ask what are the sizes for ordering a cookie cake. I rather drive a hour to pearland and order my cookie cake. What a joke but their friendlier their. Also my son struggles with hyper active disorder I’m sorry he was tapping on the windows of the display cause the manager found it annoying. I don’t recommend them...

Update: Manager called to follow up on bad experience. Took amends to mitigate the situation. Still not pleased as the cookie had to be used "as is" for the ceremony and was not what we ordered, but kudos to the manager for trying to make it right.

Told them 5 times when ordering graduate cookie cake, "no blue icing". Guess what color icing was on the cake when i picked it up? Blue. Because I had paid ahead of time, they could not give me a discount - complete incompetence. Will never...
