Fantastic shop. I first tried getting my watch bracelet sized at a different independent, who didn't inspire confidence even for something straightforward, much less the curveball I'd brought. Luckily I listened to my instinct and bailed, because my next stop was Jewelry Services Etc. Talking to the man I immediately knew he'd solve my problem.

Simply listens to what you want, and knows how to deliver. I had already attempted & bent a pin myself. Bracelet had a nonstandard (non)collar system with wildly varying amounts of friction. Some pushed, some had to be pretty violently hammered out, and he did so without leaving a single mark on any link (you don't want just anyone doing that)! Nothing was a problem, because he had all the tools and extra parts back there, whatever it took to put the perfectly sized factory seamless watch on my wrist.

Jewelry is too personal not to get exactly how you want, and too valuable to trust in the hands of anyone but an expert. Luckily for us we have one here in the brazosport mall. Will be my first stop next time,...

They had both parts on hand and took care of everything in less than 15 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my watch was fixed.
