This place deserves zero stars. We had gotten a rental from this place for a wedding and the groom was sized incorrectly, despite being reassured it would fit fine after requesting the pants would be slim fit. This was found out just 2 days before the wedding when the suit came in. The suit quality was below expectations with the tie being a cheap pre tied tie that has a hook and hoop around the collar. The place offered to hem the legs but the pants were way to wide despite being measured weeks ahead of time. They offered another pair of pants but they were still loose. They did not match the style of the jacket, and we would be charged extra to hem them even tho it was their mistake. He told them he was not gonna use it and just wanted a refund. Zac the manager denied the refund and said we would have to contact Jim formal ourselves but he would not provide a number for us despite asking for one. The groom had to go buy a suit elsewhere to have something to wear and never picked up the rental. This place is a scam, avoid this place...

This was the most wonderful experience I have ever had clothes shopping! The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable of their inventory, and knew what I was looking for without me being able to put the look into words. Jackie helped me with the whole process and was very patient with me, when I tried on several different pants/shirts/coats, and even helped me find a fit that was flattering for my body type. As someone who could stand to lose a few pounds, trying on clothes can be very discouraging, and a painful experience. But not here! I was able to find clothes that fit me, and look professional! I am very impressed with the staff, the inventory, and the quality of dress clothes that are offered here. By far the best experience I have ever had! I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and then some! The place made me upset because my boyfriend had got a rental tux for an event. He couldn't even fit in it right, it was to tight . He couldn't get his money back because of the stupid policy, they have about no refunds they cant and wont fit it either so they had robbed him of 200$ dollars for something he cant even use, dont waist you're money on the rentals. The rentals are bad they also messed up another rental while my boyfriend was there. I wouldn't go back or trust them with rentals after...
