TLDR: This is by far the absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The service was bad, staff very unprofessional, and food wasn’t worth the hour wait. Please just spend the time you would spend waiting for your order at this store to go to another Chipotle location!
I’ll start with the fact that every time I have mobile ordered, my order has taken upwards of 20, usually closer to 30, minutes to be prepared when the app says it will take 10.
So with that in mind, I ordered 20 minutes before I was going to be there and arrived expecting my ordered to be ready. When I got there, there were at least 8-10 people waiting for their mobile order, with one high school aged boy making the mobile orders and everyone else just standing around. He told me that there were 6 orders in front of mine and I should sit down because it was going to be a while. At this point, there were no people waiting in line at the counter and only people waiting for mobile orders, as well as many workers standing behind the counter doing nothing. I was in a bit of a hurry, so I asked if there was any way I could get my order made behind the line to avoid having to wait so long. The leader was asked and he sighed saying “I guess” very rudely. About 2 people had walked up to the line while this was happening, so I got behind them. Waited in the line for about 15 minutes while the people in front of me were basically ignored and by this point, the mobile order boy came to tell me that he was almost to my order and I could leave the line to come over. Immediately after I left the line, all the people were helped and I had to wait another 10 minutes for my mobile order to be completed.
They gave me a normal-sized portion but my partner had only a tiny bit of all the ingredients he ordered, which I think was due to the fact that I stood over them watching while they were making my order but not his.
Ended up waiting an extra hour and was not offered an apology or compensation for the poor service. Such an...
Read moreThe worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. Some of the rudest employees hands down. I manage a retail store and would have possibly fired one of my employees if they treated our customers the way my friends and I were treated tonight.
My friends and I arrived at the counter to order at 9:44 tonight. We knew they were closing at 10 and that we had 16 minutes to get our food and eat quickly. It was cold outside or we would have opted to eat outside for courtesy. We all ordered our food as "dine in." When I got to the lettuce the girl who had been giving me a terrible look for the past minute said "were out of lettuce, I mean we close in like 10 minutes." While blowing her breathe. I looked at the chipotle clock and my phone and politely informed her that they were not closing for another 16 minutes. When we got to the register they put lids on all of our bowls and packed it up "to go." As soon as we sat down and dug our "dine in" food out of the bags and took the lids off they turned the music almost completely off. The dinner table became awkward in the silence and I was forced to play music on my phone to make the table less awkward. One of the employees rolled a trash can out and left it by my wife. She was literally able to throw away our trash without leaving her seat. We quickly ate our food, and as we were getting up the employees slammed the doors and loudly locked them as to make sure we knew it was time to leave. I tried grabbing a refill on my drink but they had already pulled the nozzles off of the drink machine and the drink started spraying all over my hand, the machine, and counter. I'm pretty sure that all this did was create more work for the employees in the end.
I really hope that management and corporate read this and get things under control at this location. Customer service is one of the most important aspects of being in business and this place won't last long with...
Read moreI really cannot even review the food here because I did not get to eat! I used to go to chipotle several times a month, but I have not been in a few years. I decided that I really wanted to have the Sofritas again because they were my absolute favorite! When I arrived in the restaurant, it was not busy at all. There were four people in line in front of me so I could not see the steam table. It seemed to take a lot longer than expected to make food for those four people, so when I finally got to the front of the line, I had already been waiting about 10 minutes. When I was able to see the steam table, I noticed that there were several empty compartments and I did not see any Sofritas. I asked the girl behind the counter if they had any, and she just looked around at the steam table and said, “I don’t see any.” That’s all she said and then just stood there. She did not offer to make any or let me know if they had any at all, or even offer any alternative suggestions she just stood there. So I walked out without purchasing anything. I just found that incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. I feel like she should have, at the very least, apologized. It would have been nice if she had mentioned that maybe they had some cooking that would be ready in a few minutes or that they could get some prepared, but it might take a few minutes, or maybe suggested a veggie bowl instead, but she just was completely unhelpful and obviously didn’t care. I won’t...
