I came in during a busy time. I placed my order. And sat down to wait for my name to be called. 20 minutes went by still didn't call my name. So I went to the counter to let the employee know that I haven't received my order and it's been over 20 minutes. The employee looked for my oder in the computer. But apparently didn't see it! I let him know that Hannah had taken my order. He continued to look for my order, while Hannah continued to have a conversation with another employee. The employee didn't see my order, so he asked Hannah if she took my order, Hannah looked in the computer for my order, and it wasn't there.. There was another employee who called out my order and asked Hannah to give me a recovery card. While I waited on my order. I still wasn't given a recovery card, until I asked why wasn't my order in the computer & why did it take so long? He apologized & asked if I wanted a recovery card, I said sure. He gave me the card & told me to have a nice day. I've been to this location plenty of times, but I will not continue to spend my money where I am not treated equal to other customers that don't look like me. I can't change people's hearts, but I can change where I...
Read moreI am very disappointed with this location. Let me say you can’t tell what person has a disability just based on looking at them. I look like a healthy woman but have multiple disabilities and even a disability placard. I was just released from the hospital after having surgery on my heart. I’m in moderate heart failure and I’m facing open heart surgery in the next few weeks. I wanted a treat after being in the hospital all week and I decided to stop by this Starbucks. As I’m walking into the store a male barista very rudely told me we couldn’t park where we parked because it’s for customers with disabilities. This embarrassed me. Another barista was kinder and explained that spot is for people with disabilities and I told them I had just been released from the hospital from having surgery. Again I have multiple disabilities, I can’t walk 100 feet without getting winded and needing to sit because of my heart. Don’t judge a book...
Read moreThis morning the drive-thru line was so long and even when I approached the window, I had to wait. However, after I received my order one of the baristas came to the window and apologized. He said he could not find the protein powder for my smoothie. I said no worries, I understood. Then he says well again we apologize for your wait and handed me a gift card towards my next order. What a way to start the day! This Starbucks is awesome. The staff is friendly and on top of their game while continually monitoring the the satisfaction of their customers. The store is clean and let's face it, once you drink the Kool Aid I mean the Starbucks, you keep going back for more because it...
