Scooter’s Coffee — Restaurant in Lake Purdy

I would only have great things to say I’ve been a handful of times and typically always have been met with very friendly young workers who seem to actually enjoy their job which is refreshing, but unfortunately, I went there today. The girl at the window was a little condescending with her friendliness and not only that , I was a customer of color and I just think it’s funny that when I was driving off out of nowhere, one of the attendants behind her started making monkey noises and then I could hear everyone laughing. Because of this, I’m giving you all one star. you probably all should address this with your employees to be aware of their behavior and how loud they are when they want to make noises like this or make certain comments because of what it may seem like to the customer. This was my first time, visiting, Scooter’s, and let me tell you it was absolutely delicious. The lady that took my order at the drive-through was more than accommodating with all the questions I had and you could tell she was happy to answer them as I was driving to the window, I noticed egg bites something I approached the window and I’m greeted by a very nice gentleman that was more than happy to explain what they were and what two types they had. I decided to go with the bacon egg and Gouda cheese. I basically inhaled them they were that good and why they’re absent from the picture, I could eat them every day! I was having a rough morning. I thought I’d treat myself to coffee in hopes for a pick me up. Well before I make this story longer than it has to be the girls that were working this morning were so kind. From the moment I heard them over the speaker to the moment I left. I got a coffee, my pup got a treat which he chowed down and my kids got a lollipop 💕 this was only my second time at scooters and the first time really wasn’t me, a friend of mine picked it up while she was there already. I’ll definitely be going to scooters for my coffee from here on.
