Overall, my experience with AleuCo was good, but there were some minor annoyances that prompt me to give less than 5 stars. the hair and makeup myself and my bridesmaids received was beautiful and the artists were all very personable and nice and we had a good time. But the company itself could improve.

I booked the company approximately a year prior to my wedding date. When I booked with them, I also gave them the location of my wedding. 2 months prior to my wedding date, they informed me a travel fee would be applied per artist due to my venue location. This was not communicated to me at any point in the year leading up to my wedding date, including at time of booking when the location was given.

I told my artists would arrive 15 min early to set up so we could start right on time. None of my artists arrived early. 1 artist arrived 15 min late.

I was under the impression that I had all 3 artists for the duration of my time to ensure everyone got done in a timely manner. Turns out each artist was actually assigned a certain number of people. So after one artist was done with her allotted number of people, she left. Even though the other artists were busy and there were other girls who needed services done still.

It was not communicated to me, at the time of booking, that the company does not have a brick and mortar location so my trial would need to be done at my house. Which incurred another travel fee as my house was outside of their specified range. It was also not communicated to me that I would owe payment for my trial until after my trial was already completed.

I was looking for a company to prep me and my girls for my wedding day for hair and makeup. Gabbie, who I was in communication with over email was very professional and answered me in a quick manner. Which I LOVED considering that finding hair and makeup was a little last minute. I think I booked them about a month out? I was scared no one would be available because it is wedding season, but I am so glad that Aleu Co was available for my big day! Aleu Co sent me 4 girls. 2 girls to do makeup, and 2 girls to do hair. This helped get all the girls going because I needed everyone done by 12pm. We started at 7am. There were a total of 7 girls (myself included) that needed to get hair and makeup done. The girls (Aimee, Tiana, Marlene, and Xio) were so sweet! They listened to what we wanted and the girls and I loved our results. Aimee specifically did my makeup and it was BEAUTIFUL! So, any brides out there I highly recommend to specifically ask for her. She gives off a soft look for the eyes and face making everything look so smooth and blended. She is so sweet, knows what she is doing, and works in a timely manner. Xio did my hair. I wanted a hollywood wave and that is exactly what she did. My hair stayed so curled throughout the entire night. And she even gave me a hair accessory to go with my hair when I didn't have one. I thought that was soooo sweet if her, and it was truly meant to be because that accessory made such a difference and went well with my dress. I plan on booking them in the future!! Also! I was in LA for the Labor Day long weekend to attend the Creative Arts Emmy's and needed to find a hair and makeup place. I was having a hard time finding a hair salon that also offered makeup services in Downtown LA. I finally came across AleuCo Beauty Studio through a google search and they offered exactly what I needed. I really liked that they are mobile and come to your location!! I booked the hair and makeup premium service with Jessica Hernandez. My experience with Jessica was outstanding!!! She's very kind and personable, extemely talented and a very skilled hair and makeup artist who uses the best products and comes extremely well prepared. My expectations were beyond exceeded, literally the best makeup experience I've ever had. Jessica worked her magic to give me a glam look which I absolutely loved!!! I loved it so much I didn't want to take it off after the night ended. It was a work of art. She made me feel like a star and I can't stop raving about her.
