AmeriBrunch Cafe — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Such a hidden gem !!! This brunch spot is absolutely amazing. America brunch Café is located in Downtown Las Vegas, just a few blocks from Fremont Street. We have truly enjoyed this dining experience in Downtown Las Vegas ! Plenty of meter street parking within walking distance. The restaurant is kind of like two offices across from each other on the ground floor of the building : Lobby/waiting area when you first walk in, with plenty of seats inside to wait for your table. On the left side is more seating for dine-in, but on the right side, there are some tables for dining and the nice size bar area / coffee shop counter. It is a unique concept, but this set-up works perfectly well. The interior was open and modern and very clean.

Once we were seated, our order was taken pretty quickly. Service was excellent and the servers were all attentive despite the busy crowd. It is family-owned restaurant. We have met the owners and they were absolutely delightful, and they took the time to visit our table and talk to us and make sure that our food was good. You can tell they have passion for the restaurant, and you can truly feel that in the warmth and care they show their guests.

The food was delicious, served in generous portions, and our lattes were phenomenal--hands down one of the best! A MUST HAVE S’mores latte!!! They proudly brew Bristot Italian Coffee. Their menu is great, it is filled with delicious options and very reasonable prices. Everything that we had was seasoned perfectly and it was absolutely delicious. We have tried: Angus Cheeseburger, Buffalo Chicken Wrap and Stuffed French Toast - Omg Amazing! You can’t go wrong whatever you order from their delicious menu.

We arrived at 9:30ish on a Monday. We got there right on time because there was seating available but it started getting busy soon after. It was about 60%-70% full when we arrived. There is not a lot of parking available near, so you may need to walk a block out two. The atmosphere was trendy, they had good music playing. I loved the openness of it, I loved the window view. Feels very earthy. Rob was our server and he gave us absolutely the best experience. I appreciate his recommendations, patience and attentiveness. We ordered, Cookie butter latte, Salted caramel white mocha, Chai latte, and fresh orange juice for our drinks. The CBL, had a soft cookie butter taste but still good. The SCWM, was a little sweeter then the CBL. The Chai latte was the sweetest but the yummiest for sure!! The pressed, fresh orange juice tasted just like the name, fresh pressed orange juice 🤌🏻, absolutely delicious. For food we ordered Stuffed French toast, Pancakes with fruit and Smoked Salmon Toast. Everything was delicious. We go to a lot of breakfast spots so to me the pancakes are pretty regular tasting. The stuffed French toast was the best of tried so far. Perfect amount of crunchy and soft for the outside and the filling complimenting the brioche bread with the perfect amount of sweetness. I love ordering Salmon it was fresh, I loved the side salad that came with it. It was the perfect blend of flavors. We paid around $90 + tip. We still had a bunch of leftovers and it was 4 of us. Alright Vegas tourist out there such as myself! I came to the hidden gem of breakfast/brunch in Vegas! It’s my second time coming and many more as my wife and I continue to visit Vegas. We stayed at the Golden Nugget this time to experience the Fremont Street area. And I saw this wasn’t too far of a walk from the Nugget.

The food is amazing here. Just make sure you come hungry before visiting here. The food will fill you up pretty fast!

All the portions here are huge. So don’t order more than your stomach can handle. I did that my time first time visiting this place and I didn’t do that again this time around visiting today.

This place is trendy with all the technology. When you first sit down at your table scan the QR code and order online. If you look confused they will come to your table and out your order in for you on their Clover device. They accept Apple and Google pay. Everything is tap less pay here.

Their all American breakfast is really good and number one on the menu list.

The staff here are amazing and very attentive to you while you’re eating here.

You can order a latte or regular coffee with plenty of choices to choose from.
