Hello, I was at the store in Las Vegas Store location 122 East Clark Ave, Las Vegas, NV. As I placed an order in the drive thru, I asked for a tall nitro with a little extra sweet cream and just a few ice cubes in the drink. The lady taking the order told me " No !!! we do not add ice because it changes the consistency of the drink " I advised her this is what I am asking for and to to add a few ice cubes. Then a male come over the mic, and stated " We are not allowed to add ice" We can give you a small cup of ice" I was not happy with how I was treated as a customer of Starbucks!! Only too hear "NO" I can go to any other Starbucks and ask for a few ice cubes and not one person (barista) tells me "NO" the other stores barista associates are happy to do so with outgoing personality " sure just a little light ice" No question's and no hassle !! Why is it so hard to do what a customer request with a drink order!!! I was so appalled and discussed with very poor customer service !! The unprofessionalism that handled this situation was not good on the stores part and the store manager!! I believe training should be reenacted and enforced of what not to tell a customer that is asking for a particular drink made specific per the request!!! The person that was at the window was very kind and courteous. He told me that he hope I get it handled!! This situation has happened twice from this store, the first time was two months ago and I let it slide!! I was close by today and thought it would not happen again!! Twice definitely not the way of customer relations!!!! I will definitely avoid this store and will tell others to do so!! I am a long time customer that spends my hard earned money everyday at a Starbucks only to be told "NO" at...
Read moreI LOVE THIS STARBUCKS. IT'S THE BEST STAFF IN ALL OF LAS VEGAS. I love it for it's warm environment they provide from the moment you walk through their door's. I immediately could feel the difference when I walked in this Starbucks! I knew it because I wasn't the only one feeling this way either since everyone else looked as if they were just hanging out in their living room or simply hanging out with some friends on a Saturday afternoon at a very comfortable place. The staff was more than welcoming to me as soon as I walked in. They definitely went and always go above and beyond, catering to each person and their needs (I actually heard two different workers walking around the store asking everyone "do you need anything?" I don't hear that almost ever at Starbucks anymore. Also, it's worth mentioning that it's obvious that some of the customers that are really just hanging out are unfortunately homeless but it's almost 104 degrees or more, every single summer day right now and yet this Starbucks staff is always extremely kind and respectful to all of them, they were offering all of them ice cold water and as much as they needed too. It's refreshing to see humanity treating each other kindly when I'm sure many of these folks are overlooked in society (on a regular basis too) but I also noticed the genuine interest and concern that they had. Starbucks was showing the homeless love because they actually knew many of them on a first name basis, I overheard them talking! Now that is unusual yo! LOOK AT STARBUCKS YA'LL SHOWING THE REST OF THE WORLD WHAT LIFE IS REALLY ALL ABOUT! Where's the 6...
Read moreI've gone to this location for years and had no problems at all. Until today. The female barista (African American) at the window sounded impatient while taking my order. If I'm paying almost $7 for coffee it better be how I like it. Again even if my requests for my drink I never had any problems in the past, it's made just how I like it. This time, she kept saying "anything else?" , a pet peeve of mine because it sounds like you're annoyed because of the order. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap. She said they were out of dark caramel. I said the regular caramel would be fine. While all taking my order, she went "one moment," then a male employee continued taking my order. At the window, I was given a drink without the usual crunch in top I backed up and asked about the crunch. She said she made a "Caramel Frap." I said no, I preferred the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap but when you said you're out of the dark caramel I said it's OK to use the regular carame. I never said to change my order to Caramel Frap. And before you change the order how about you confirm with the customer if that is what they want before changing the order. But she seemed she was too busy doing something else that she was not paying attention to the order. She also kept interrupting me while I was explaining and argued that that's not what I said instead of just saying oh maybe she misunderstood and just made me another drink. Never had the issue...
