I would like to write a short review about our experience. First of all, it was 4th wedding in Las Vegas and two of them at Cupids Wedding Chapel. We had our wedding in 2013 and now we were guests at our friends wedding which was held at Cupids chapel as well. The best customer service ever! We picked a flyer from the Court House and liked photos on the flyer. Stopped by the chapel and talked to a nice woman namedJudy. Later, in our hotel room we went on their website too. All the information was the same. I read here in a comment that price did not match. My advice when you start calling other places make small notes and that way you will have less confusion about which package you are booking. By the time you are done researching & stop calling you will for sure forget about price and what package includes what read the description of each package. When we had our wedding a few years ago and this time we were guests at our friend’s wedding the prices were identical and even on the number of photographs included in the package. It took us only one stop by the Cupids Wedding Chapel to talk to Judy and we had decided that it was our chapel where we want to get married. Judy was very informative and polite. We had a pleasure also to meet an amazing person who was our photographer. She is a true artist and so easy to be around. Go on cupids website and all the photos posted on that website are done by Natalie. Every single one of them. If you are not a smiley person she will make you smile. It was nice to meet a person who actually loves her job and knows how to work that camera :-) We are totally in love in our photos and when we show them on our Facebook page everyone is blown away by the quality. She is the bomb in a wedding photography and such a joy to work with. We ended up with a beautiful album what will last our lifetime of memories. Our ceremony was no more then 10 minutes actually. Pastor was very nice and polite. We loved him and he was also very well mannered. Before I forgot to mention is that our photos were ready for the preview the next day. Judy also mentioned if there is case of emergency our photos could be posted online which is nice and very convenient for some couples. So, what else to add to my review. My advice look online at each package and the description carefully. Call if you have questions ( but even us being from another country everything was very clear). We want to renew our vows in a few years and we want Elvis to perform. Cupids will be our choice # 1 no doubt! Outstanding service and loved the fact that you guys love what you do :-) We will always recommend you & you made our day so...
Read moreI read a ton of reviews before we picked this place. We picked it for the pictures and Elvis. All places charge for everything so this place is no different. You cannot take pictures yourself in the chapel like 99% of all the chapels so you need to find a chapel that takes good pictures. This chapel does not pay money to YELP so Yelp only keeps the bad reviews so hopefully you don't base your picking on YELP. The best part of this chapel is if you have a question the answer is on the website, or you can call and they actually answer the phone and the woman is very nice and friendly. The marriage bureau is very very close and all the info to expedite your license is on the website (do it, it took 5 minutes and other people were waiting hours). We did the Elvis wedding and he was awesome, another reason we choose this chapel (reviews all say Elvis made it and he does). My video streamed live and my friends loved it although it has been a month and it is still not on the website (I got it on DVD so I put it on my Facebook). Don't expect the world, it is a Vegas Wedding chapel but it was really fun and we did not feel rushed at all, we had over a hour and we didn't run into any other couples. The lighting is not perfect but it adds to the appeal of a Vegas Wedding. We only invited the parents and they cried and thought it was beautiful and did not think of it as a cheap Vegas Wedding at all.
Know the prices and you won't be upset (every chapel charges for this): $60 cash for license at Marriage Bureau $60 cash for Minister $60 cash for Elvis (more if he marries you not the minister, you still pay minister for legality) $350 to buy all the Pictures about 150 (the memories are priceless, must buy them) free wedding video free fake flowers to use (look fine in the pictures) outdoor gazebo photos are great free...
Read moreEverything was perfect and the staff were more than accommodating. We had to push back our time, as we weren’t as prepared for Vegas as we thought, and Judy had no problem and gave us more time to get ready for our wedding. We selected the song to play during while the bride walked down the aisle and the song for our first dance. The Ceremony was conducted in a cute little chapel with pews and beautiful stained glass mural in the back of the chapel. The minister was awesome and very professional. Now the best part, besides marrying the love of my life, was the photographer. Natalie was absolutely amazing!!! She has a great sense of humor and is amazing at what she does. The ceremony finished and we had our first dance, although the dance area was a little small, it was still perfect. We then were staged for more photos throughout different locations throughout the chapel. The next day we came back and sat down with the amazing Natalie and selected what photos we liked. We In the end decided to buy the package and get all the photos. It was a little pricey at $500 but again it was a hundred photos and considering that I was marrying my best friend I wanted every photo of this very special occasion. We did not opt for the Elvis or James brown impersonators, I’m sure they would have been amazing, just like everything else there, but there’s always next time when we go back for renewing our vows. Again everything was amazing and we were so happy with choosing Cupid’s...
