Read moreI attempted to attend the Saturday morning stretch class but no one showed up. After 15 minutes of waiting, and recommending to another new customer waiting that she should try Sin City Yoga, I left. As I was driving out of the parking lot, I saw the instructor coming to work. A lanky, tower of misery, ever-so-slowly walking toward the studio, her face dripping with a sour expression, staring in my direction, watched me leave. Wow!! A yoga instructor with a sour disposition!? That's a first. And a business that allows its instructors to be 20+ minutes late to their class? That's, unfortunately, not a first - but never that late. Her poor attitude is a reflection of this studio. Never to return. Just plain creepy. Can't imagine what her session would feel like - yikes!
There was another review posted that is no longer on the reviews - owner paid to have it removed? - but the customer said the same thing about the instructor not showing up for the morning...
Read moreI found this studio about 15 years ago. I wanted to begin a true yoga practice to help me combat the stress of my career. From the moment I entered the space, I felt a weight lifted. The centering, welcoming energy was exactly what I was looking for. The instruction is absolutely phenomenal. I could safely work at my own level ( I was a beginner ) & learn correctly so I was able to advance my practice. It’s been 15 years & this is still the studio I choose for my yoga practice & tell my friends & clients about… that’s how positive my experience has been over all these years. Cheryl has built a business on helping people, whether it’s sharing her expertise for the practice of yoga or helping her community. Blue Sky is one of the rare places where you can have an amazing class & support a business & owner that truly love & support...
