I was planning a surprise shower for my bestfriend from 2000 miles away and finding a venue was tough since I wasn't there in person to see any of them. That was the case until I found Suite 150 on Peer Space. All the photos available for the location and the description were so helpful to have. There was even an option to see a virtual tour of the space through the website which was awesome. I had an opportunity to chat with Mike prior to booking and after the conversation I was ready to book the space. Getting access the day of the event was easy peasy and all of his instructions for me were clear.
Top three things that I loved about this space were: Mike's communication following up to the event and the day of the event, I loved that the space was a clean canvas so I had a lot to work with when it came to decorating, I appreciated the tables, chairs, and bluetooth speaker that was made available to me/included in the rental cost.
The day of the event the area was popping/lively because of everything else going on around us in the art district so naturally the parking filled up pretty quickly but that didn't effect our guests very much since our event was earlier in the day. We were still able to hear our own music and converse with each other. I loved that the suite had access right to the front of the building so food delivery and guest finding us was very easy. If you're unsure about choosing this venue I'd suggest riping the band aid off and going for it. Have a conversation with Mike and then make your decisions, you won't regret it. It's a great place in an awesome location and my guests had nothing but great things to say about the space. Great space for small get togethers! Thank you Mike for your hospitality and for coming to check in on us when I know you...
Read moreWe had our rehearsal dinner with approx 50 ppl here last month. Here are my overall thoughts:) Communication - awesome. Mike was on top of replies and very helpful
The space - opportunities are endless as it’s basically a blank canvas. But the huge perk is that the space includes, hightop tables, stools, 6ft folding tables and chairs, as well as a Bluetooth speaker and tv. You are responsible for your own trash and set up/breakdown. Totally fair and there is a large trash bin for your bags. You can bring your own food or order, just no cooking.
The cost - venue itself was cheap. Certainly can’t complain. Great value. If you want beverages, you have to purchase a package - which isn’t abnormal for Vegas at all, but it wasn’t disclosed in the description (at least when i booked). Not a big deal, but obviously our hope was to rent a venue and bring our own supplies. You get beer (1 domestic/1 import), white and red wine (dealers choice), soda and water. They also clean any bar items and provide cups etc.
Overall, great experience. I would and already have recommended. Just keep in mind the additional bar cost and you won’t be surprised or...
Read moreI could truly go on forever with how wonderful this space is and how amazing it was working with Mike. Just... wow. We rented both rooms out for a corporate event and couldn't have been happier or more impressed. The spaces are so versatile, the furniture looks so great and can be arranged however desired, the tablecloths added such a professional feel and the lighting and bluetooth speakers were amazing. And not to mention, LOVE being in the arts district and getting off the strip. Especially with the surrounding trees and flowers. I kept having to remind myself we actually WERE in Vegas. Mike was so accommodating and attentive and worked with us every step of the way. The spaces were so easy to get into and never had a single issue. And so affordable for all you get with the rental! We loved every second of it and highly recommend this space, especially if you're wanting something more intimate, away from the strip style scene and walkability of cool places and surrounding restaurants/bars. Will definitely be using this space again for...
