Good prices, not a ton of inventory but what they've got is good. Location is at a great spot that's easy to access and I was in-and-out in under ten minutes. Front desk staff was super friendly and social and the vibe of the actual dispensary is really nice. That's what the three positive stars are for...
This review is down two stars because the buying experience was not good at all and was enough to make me not want to visit again.
Did my research ahead of time and told the budtender exactly what I wanted, but then budtender just turned a laptop to me and asked for me to show him what I wanted...
I will say, all the budtenders in the line were showing the laptop to customers, but it seemed like only to confirm it was what the customer wanted and they seemed familiar with the menu-- not this guy, he just blankly stared at me until I told him to scroll up and I pointed to it on the screen.
Then, after I got everything in my order + checked out and was about to walk away the budtender was like "by the way, if you sign up for a rewards account you can get a free pre-roll next time you come in" and I was like "uh... I have a rewards account."
For context, this was also my first purchase at any Thrive location and I had signed up for an account after seeing Thrive at a booth for a street fair + being asked to download their app for swag. Dude didn't even bother looking up my information after he asked for me to "flash my ID" and even before saying the rewards thing asked if I was local (which, you could assume from my Nevada ID).
After he finally found my account, he said "oh yeah you do have one... Well, this [purchase] doesn't count-- but next time you come in leave a review and you'll get a pre-roll."
Extremely disappointed, especially since Oasis is right down the street and I could have just gone there. But Thrive had good deals for 4/20 so I opted for them. I hope you can use this review constructively cuz you have an amazing location and I'd hate for anyone to have the same...
Read moreTook a long walk passed 3 different dispensaries, to go to thrive because of what I saw on the website that was available interms of flower. Taking accountability for not Identifying they are different locations but expecting the brand itself to have the strains advertised. So I walked in where i was greeted politely by 2 beautiful young ladies and started the check in process. During that the manager came out after everything was going smooth and said ooo we can't take this ID if it not scanning(its a Caribbean ID which will be different to US). The girl told him" no it scanned just not on this machine" granted this is the same ID I used at over 10 different dispensaries. Anyhow went to check out the flower and already had my list. Then to be told ,after showing my list from the site," that those strains are from our other location, we don't have them here. At that point I was over it all...
Read moreI walked into Thrive with the intention to look around and ask questions since they were new to the area. I was welcomed with 3 outstanding individuals, Clayton, Satina, and Kat, who held great conversations, are extremely kind, and very patient with my questions. They made my experience even better than I've had at other brand stores like Curaleaf, etc. Kat was extremely knowledgeable and understanding and provided professional assistance when I informed her of my medical condition. In the end, I decided to purchase an item with Kat's help. She went the extra step explaining the reward system with detail and a visual of her own app since I don't have storage on my phone to download the app. Overall, 5 out of 5 stars and I'll definitely be...
