Route 91 Memorial Rock Garden — Local services in Las Vegas

Sadly during my visit to LV, I didn’t get chance to stop by this place to pay my respects; I did get visit the grounds in which those unfortunate souls who died, got injuries both emotionally and physically so paid my respect as much as I could there. My cousin and her husband were there that night, whom he is either ex military or retired police officer, immediately recognized the gun fire and they got out.

R.I.P to the 60 (58 from that day alone, 2 more due to complications from same day wounds within three years...

At first I was confused as to why a memorial wouldn’t at the place where it happened, but after awhile of being here I realized that it’s quiet, and away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip. It’s a place to come and remember those in peace and not be surrounded by the crazyness and loud noises. I was very impressed with the setup, gave each victim their own little space and a brief story of their life. My condolences to the families and friends that lost loved...

Thank you to all who created this and to those who continue the upkeep. I was there that night, and this place moves me to tears every time I see it. I first visited it in May 2018, it was a small memorial but very touching. I couldn't bring myself to return until October 2020. The changes made are beautiful. I will probably always cry here, but I will return every chance I get. Thank you for giving us this...
