My cousin and myself went In this store to look for clothes from the 70s we noticed a blonde hair lady standing there not one time did she say hello do you guys need any help but we noticed people of her color walk in and she went out her way to Speak to them and to let them know that she also had another room in the back. Read moreI've been here twice since moving to the arts district and I really want to like it because they have so much cool stuff, BUT, the customer service is abysmal. Both times i've gone in the person working (1st time blond girl 2nd middle age man) has been at the counter on their phone and barely looked up. No acknowledgement, no help. The girl was playing some heavy music too and that does not make me want to shop, it makes me want to leave in a hurry. The staff that day were cheerful and very helpful. It was pretty quiet on the day I went... so don't miss out on visiting this place if you love resale. The store was clean and very well organized.
