From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. ❤️ The staff here are incredibly helpful and genuinely passionate about pop culture, especially Ginny. She knew exactly where to find the perfect gift for my Marvel-loving 8 year old nephew and even helped me pick out a Stitch Loungefly bag I didn’t know I needed! 🎒

The store is beautifully organized, making it easy to browse everything from Disney and anime merch to Harry Potter collectibles and tons of blind box pins. It’s like a treasure trove for fandom lovers!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I received the incorrect shirt from an online order. I went in and explained they sent the wrong shirt and I asked if I could exchange it. The male employee told me that it wouldn't be a problem to look around and get what I wanted to exchange. I spent about 15 minutes looking and found 2 items I LOVED! I go get in line and the cashier is taking forever with each person. Talking about non store things. So I wait in line 20minuets. I finally get to check out and the male employee says oh I can't return this since it's the wrong product. Things just went downhill after that. Now I am stuck with the wrong shirt, I wasted 40 mins, and didn't get the items I wanted. Stay away from this...

My teenage daughter and I had a fun time looking around the store. We were trying to find a birthday present for her friend and ended up finding all sorts of things.

If you’re in the market for a rad (do people still say rad?) crockpot, then look no further! They’ve got you covered. They have a crockpot for every character and show! When my boring crockpot dies, I know where I’m getting a new one :)

The lady working here last Thursday was super sweet. She greeted us and gave my daughter a nice compliment. Wish I had caught her name.
