I recently had the opportunity to shop at Armani Exchange, and my experience was largely positive due to the exceptional assistance I received from a sales representative. They helped me find some high-quality items for both myself and my boyfriend, making the shopping experience enjoyable and efficient.

However, I did encounter an issue with Clarissa, a supervisor in the store. Unfortunately, her demeanor was not welcoming, and she made several comments implying that customers who couldn’t afford certain items shouldn’t be shopping there. This was quite off-putting and detracted from my overall experience. Additionally, when I asked her for assistance with finding specific items, she seemed to struggle without support from either the cashier or another staff member.

I use to always shop here with my mom but the staff was always either rude or acted like they were too good to be working there. Ive recently went in and I was pleasantly surprised by the new associate that works there, I believe her name was Clarisa or something along those lines. She seems to be the only one that takes her job seriously and shows that she actually cares about the customers. There was another worker there and they just sat at the register twiddling their dumbs but had no problem taking credit for her sales. I’ve worked in retail for many years and been a manager for even longer and if it was up to me I’d completely get rid of the whole staff expect for Clarisa. It’s been made very clear that this store is ran by clowns that are only there for a paycheck. She was the only positive thing about my experience. If I ever go back it would be for her. I stopped in the store only to be greeted by the nicest woman named Kelly C. I told her I need a fabulous suit for a big important event that I was going to. She helped me from head to toe and found me a fabulous suit. She went above and beyond to make me happy and she did. I will be back Because of her. I couldn’t have done it without her.
