Express Factory Outlet — Local services in Leyden Township

They have a lot to offer for a factory store and some decent prices. Still on the higher end for an outlet, but after we checked out is the issue. I had to come back 2 times to have the guy take a security tag off. We went into other stores and were beeping non stop and when we figured out why I returned to the store. Then as I traveled through the mall again SAME issue, so I had to return to Express again to get a tag removed. Embarrassing to have the alarms go off as a black male, but I mean come on dude it was only 5 items to check for tags. Just glad we didn’t drive all the way back home before I noticed the security tags. Mistakes happen I get that but damn to have to come back not once but TWICE is...

I visited today and honestly it was the worst experience. First of all, the three workers were standing in a corner talking among themselves instead of helping customers. As soon as I walked up, two of the girls literally ran away. Then I spent half an hour trying on clothes, finally picked a shirt that clearly said 60% off, and when I went to buy it, the guy tells me I need to buy a bundle of 3 including this one. I told him it says 60% off there is no such label on it, and his only response was, “That’s how it is.” Seriously? These people are at work but very unprofessional, with so much attitude on top of it — as if they’re the ones paying for my shopping. Total waste of time and the worst customer...

I was having a conversation with my dad about his shirt for a gender reveal. He picked a pink shirt and i made a joke saying “ it’s going to be a boy tho” and some employee who i believe identifies as a “ woman “ butted in to our conversation by making a snarky comment.
