I have brought a movado watch. Defected piece was sold to me. This is very bad. Now i have to wait for at list 7 to 10 days to get other watch from this store. I never expected this from movado. Even there customer service is worst they said they can do anything. only store can assist on this case. Worst experience ever i had. So now my watch don't work they said they can fix it at mall now I have to ship it to them. Today 16 oct 2020 bought a watch hoping that service of this store is up to standerds after so many negative seams like the management is not capable of keeping up with customer service. Staff love to give hard time after purchasing watch everyone has some other stores to say. But good thing one staff know how to help...
Read moreI was suppose to get the 40% off promotion but at the register I was distracted and did not notice until I got home that I only got 30% off, then the watch was being sold to me in out of the box in a jewelry pouch I was surprised because I have never bought any jewelry out of original box they told me if I want it in a original box it will be additional $1 can you imagine my surprise how cheap can you get when someone is buying a branded watch and it is being sold out of the box like in a pawn shop. The sales girl and her co worker said that is how store makes the money really? I will not recommend this store...

But the salesperson walked past me and helped a customer that came in behind me and the 1st salesperson watched me walk in. I processed to walk around and look at watches and waited. No one said "Hi" or "Welcome to store I will be with" just continued with a personal conversation with customers that let them know they were only looking and not looking to purchase. Just to show you how long I waited and observed to make sure I was not taking things out...
