EVEREVE — Local services in Lone Tree

I love Evereve, and I spend a ton of money with them. Normally I order through Trendsend because I’ve had questionable experiences in the store before like being completely ignored when walking in with kids.

Today I was disappointed by their service. Again. I travel a lot for work and often have things shipped to me in between trips. This can make returning things with a 30 day window difficult. Normally, I just keep everything because I always like it and everything fits great. However, these sandals did not fit, so I went in today to see if I could return them 10 days outside of the return window. They are still in stock in the store. I walked up to the counter with my girls, and before I even spoke this woman asked me what I needed. I jokingly let her know I knew I was outside of my return window. She INSTANTLY became very defensive and unfriendly. My little girls were so uncomfortable they asked to go outside.

I can respect sticking to your policies, but to be so defensive and rude, really threw me off. I had planned on shopping because I needed a white outfit for this weekend, but I felt so embarrassed by her behavior I left.

Walked into Madewell and they were happy to sell me what I needed.

I’ve shopped this location a couple times, it’s the closest one to me. I recently saw a blouse in an email and went in to try it on and hopefully purchase for my daughters graduation. When my husband and I walked in, there was only one other couple in there. The two employees were at the registers with their heads down. One of them walked away to help the other customer and the other stayed behind the counter. At this point neither had acknowledged us. Ok, maybe they didn’t hear or see us walk in. As I turned from one rack to the next the woman behind the register was staring at me and we made eye contact. Still not a word. I understood the employee helping the other customer was focused on her but as we walked around, still not being acknowledged that employee went out of her way to greet a customer who had just walked in. We had been in the store probably 10 minutes with not even an Hello. This felt very blatant since I know both of them saw us walking around. I guess I didn’t look like I had enough money to spend in their store. So, I left and spent my money else where. Because of this experience I will not shop there ever again. This Evereve location and staff are amazing!!! I went in to return a couple items and Avery ended up helping me for hours! I really struggle with styling myself, but I know what I like and don't like. She really listened and understood my body type (straight and narrow) and she picked out so many outfits I never would have tried on. I ended up buying many new tops I love and feel great in! This store is amazing for moms both young and experienced. I saw many ladies of all ages here, 30s, and up into 60s and 70s, who all found sophisticated clothing and accessories to wear. I also saw a few kids in there and the staff gave them snacks and made the kids feel at home while their momma was in the dressing room. This is my new favorite store and Avery is my new go to girl. Love her so much!! Thanks to all the kind Evereve staff for your enthusiasm and detailed care. I would give this store 10...
