7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

Very rude cashier, they have no bathroom on their facility, after I made my purchase I ask if I can walk across the street to use the bathroom at Starbucks, she told me I can’t do that, but I can see there were two cars parked on their lot since last night looks like they’re selling parking spots for $20 a night to other people but they would not allow park for 10 minutes for own customers. When I ask what was her name she cover her name tag, and told me she didn’t have to show her name. ( I thought is under the policy to show customers your name tag) Sergio second cashier was much nicer. I will bring these complain to 7Eleven corporate office. It’s on acceptable to treat regular customers with such a matter. I hope management will take this complaint seriously and will train their employees to be nicer with...

I’m disgusted and highly disappointed with this place. I came in for gas (pump 7), prepaid and when reach the prepaid amount the nozzle leaked over my hand. I came inside to wash my hands in their employee sink (behind the pizza area) and placed my car keys on the sink top. I was distracted by attendant and left to my car…now realizing I don’t have my keys. I searched throughout their store. And the cashier and the owner said I didn’t come in with keys. Saying that over and over. I found my keys in the trashed (placed by the owner). She trying to act like it’s a language barrier and that she didn’t understand my keys were missing. Does this look like trash? And...

I always come to this 7 eleven in the afternoon and at night, the staff is friendly as should be, but during the morning, I had a bad experience with this lady called Miriam. I waited in line like everybody else, when reached my turn, I asked her for a hotdog, she grabbed it came back, put it aside and started charging the next guy. I told I was there first, I took the line all the way, charge me my hotDog and let me leave. She kept saying sir calm down, calm down. I was literally just casually telling her i was there first and SHE served me the hotdog. So what now, I take the line, get my hotdog, and then take the line again to pay??? Thats nottt...
