I went to House of Intuition in Sept of 2021 and they’re following Covid protocols by having a mask required, and there are also signs near the sprays reminding you not to pull your mask down to sniff the scents or for any other reason. I am a beginner at collecting stones; I enjoyed the inscriptions and how the stones were displayed, there’s a variety of prices for each one you’re looking at to find something in your price range. (I also found a pear shaped rose quart ring for $18! - there isn’t a wide variety on jewelry though). The only thing I could see that could be improved for me is that I took awhile looking over the stones and being indecisive and wasn’t offered input on recommendations; the staff did seem friendly, but they didn’t directly interact with me...

The reason I give it 3 stars is because of the cashier, Madelyn, asked me with a very condescending tone if I switch out the stickers on a crystal to pay a lower price.
