Honestly what I think about this place it was that I was robbed and they didn't want to admit to it on April 10 2022 i stop to buy a pendent and they where asking 1200 To make story short I ended up bargain them down to 700 And this is where everything went wrong first I gave the girl $800 When she counted it she said I had given her too much so she gave me $200 back Then she recounted again and she said I was short a hundred so I gave her $100 that would of been the 700$ Which she counted it three times and when she took the money back to her boss she came back and she was wrapping my pendant and her boss said there was missing $100 so we were going back and forward and they didn't want to look at the cameras cuz it's supposedly was already too late So my suggestions to anybody that goes there to buy gold please don't let them take the money back there have the owner come to the front and count the money in front of you that way nothing happens like it happened to me cuz I felt like I got robbed $100 but I do have a big...

Called for a few items. There website advertises a certain price, but the in store prices do not reflect that. The female associate i called 3 times yesterday, was told i would receive a call back today. I spoke with mike stated to him i did not want to speak with that associate, and he handed her the phone anyway she got on the phone told me she was busy with a wholesaler essentially saying she had no time for me, that she could text me pictures and prices in 40mins. I stated to her if she can have mike give me the price's, she yells at me with a smug attitude quotes me ridiculous price's no were near there online price's. I purchased a ring from BGC through ETSY on January 5 2018. I even paid extra for priority express shipping. About 2 weeks later i still hadn't recieved the ring. I emailed them and recieved no response. I tried again. Nothing. I then emailed Etsy and then called BGC. I was told the etsy account had been closed before my purchase. Yet BGC still had 2 rings on the etsy site. I was told i would have my refund by January 31 2018. I had not recieved it by February's 1 2018 so icalled BGC again.
