A Consumer should get what was advertised on the website, it is inexcusable. Instead of refunding my total payment, unless he could go pick them back up, ohh and did he really think it was ok to take them from my wife???! Unbelievable.

Instead he said to keep them and he would refund me half. I was disappointed not only with what they delivered but not refunding my total bill.

If the total would have been refunded I MAY have forgiven them, but the damage was done. My wife was embarrassed at work........
