The tall Black Woman with curly hair. Definitely need to be retrained. I took my daughters to coach to try and get the Lil Nas X collection. Sold out but nothing less than let’s look at what’s in stock. We are coach Girls! We normally goto the one in Del Amo Mall. Great service btw but we happen to be at the grove. Now it was all kinda weird stuff happening at this one. The tall male associate had his phone propped up recording everything and everyone walking in. Back to the Woman associate She followed us to every inch of the store to the point she might as well been with our party. She was down my neck! Mind you this is a small store. From the front to the back of the store she stalked us and not even hiding it. It was very uncomfortable and sad that my two teen black daughters were so confused and had to learn a lesson on profiling. Like the other commenters she is judging and she is off putting and I wanted to buy the new tabby but I was discussed and disappointed in how she made us feel while shopping. I understand people steal I understand that there’s a lot of grab and run happening but try to come up with another way to ensure it doesn’t happen because you’re ensuring people don’t buy at this point. I grew up going to the grove to visit my grandma and have noticed more shops popping up! Including this coach with coachtopia inside! I got a black and white checkered ergo bag online but wanted to check out the store itself! I noticed you can embellish your bag but was worried about the cost. Well lol, I came back a year later with my ergo bag, asked if I needed a receipt to prove I bought and they said No! I could bring in any coach bag to embellish. Jared brought me upstairs and sat with me for a good long while as I was trying to choose which permanent embellishments! He mentioned to gather enough for $125, but I didn’t really want to spend that much. But he said if you are an insider you get that for free! I honestly didn’t believe him lol. So I kept questioning but he assured me it is part of the wonderful world of coach! So I did get $125 worth of embellishments and I want to cry now because I’m so happy! I have the cutest bag! I had an exceptional experience with Mario, the store manager at Coach. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and most importantly, efficient. I had been struggling to make an exchange for a pair of boots that were out of stock and had called three different Coach stores, none of which offered any real assistance. I even tried contacting customer service via text, which led nowhere. Feeling frustrated and almost ready to give up, I made one last call to the Coach store at The Grove, and Mario answered. He reassured me that he could help with the exchange and suggested we could figure something out once I got to the store.

When I arrived 40 minutes later, Mario was there waiting and ready to assist. He was not only understanding but also worked his magic to process the exchange quickly. He even went above and beyond by expediting the shipping for me, which was a huge relief. The entire staff at The Grove store was professional and courteous.
