I have been going to this location at lease three time a week for about 2 years now, and just found out last week that 7-Eleven had a promotion on that if you bought a large coffee you get a donut free and I found that out from the 7-eleven on Hoover, so when I went to the location on Burlington and Olympic yesterday and got a EXTRA-LARGE coffee and my wife got a medium coffee my wife asked about the free donut because the didn't say anything about it and the 7-eleven on Hoover had the donuts bagged for you already at the counter but not at this location at Burlington and Olympic the Hispanic lady said with the red cup (EXTRA-LARGE) the donut is free, but with the green cup (MEDIUM) the donut would be 11 cents. Now this morning 6-10-2015 my wife and I went into the 7-eleven at Burlington and Olympic I got the red cup (EXTRA-LARGE) my wife got a few thing but no coffee. So when I got to the counter and set my coffee down and went to get my FREE glaze donut I also got a cinnamon roll but about time I returned to the counter the young Hispanic man had already rung everything up which was no problem, so I let him know I had a cinnamon roll in the bag so he said that would be $2.35 I then said for a cinnamon roll he then replied yes and for the glaze donut so I said the glaze donut is free with the coffee he said no it's not because we didn't tell him at the time he rung it up so I had a few choice words for him and his reply was you will know next time as he smiled. I will be there tomorrow and if I get the same reaction............ well let's just say it's not going to...
Read moreI'll never return to this place again... This is my last straw with this 7-eleven At 8:30 i went to buy a Roblex card for my daughter's.. when I walked in the store the young lady employee looked at me crazy like I was going to rob the place or something.
i proceeded to asked if they sell Roblex cards and she replied not after 7pm and gave me a crazy look.
Note: I go to other 7-eleven and get my daughter's game cards after midnight on weekends all the time.
So I left angry and proceeded to leave to the next close 7-eleven that I usually go to on 1500 Glendale Blvd in Echo Park we're I talked to the manager and he told me that all 7-eleven are under the same protocol and you can buy game cards anytime you want. ( He said the only thing that stops at a certain time are money orders.)
I should make a complaint about the employee and the store,so that's why I'm here.
Was it racial profiling or just being rude?đ¤
( I'm happy the other 7-eleven did come to...
Read moreI recently visited the 7-11 in Westlake and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the store had a good selection of snacks and drinks, and the prices were reasonable. However, the customer service left something to be desired.
The cashier seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged me when I came in. When I had a question about a product, they gave a short and unhelpful answer before returning to their phone. It made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them.
Additionally, the store was not as clean as I would have liked. There was trash on the floor and some of the shelves were messy and disorganized. It made it difficult to find what I was looking for.
Overall, I would rate my experience at the 7-11 in Westlake as average. While the selection and prices were good, the lackluster customer service and cleanliness left me feeling...
