Update 08/26/24:Clinic still doesn't answer their phone. I'm still waiting for the authorization form and my blood test results. I was told Friday, 08/23/24 that the doctor was going to call me back with the blood results and he never did. The front desk is a mess. Very incompetent front desk staff. I had to call 35 times for them to pick up the phone.

Don't offer appointments. The front desk girls look like they are always in a bad mood. The doctor was okay. I've been to other clinics and the first thing they ask/request is for me to get blood test, a pap smear...just the regular things. I had to request for all of this to be done. I personally think this is not normal. Authorizations were hard to get since the front desk girls never answered the phone, put me on hold for a LONG time, or hang up on me. A staff told me it's going to be an hour wait but than it magically became 4 hours wait. No reservation service. Went inside the exam room waited in there another 30 minutes until I see the doctor. I asked the doctor to send my prescription to Amazon pharmacy and he said he couldn't find it on his system and he gave me physical prescription. I went to CVS next they and they told me he already sent it to Amazon and they cannot give me medication with my insurance. I called Amazon and they told me they didn't receive anything. Now I don't even have my prescription paper I need to find another doctor to visit. Wasted half the daytime and money. No reservation and no efficiency. Not...
