I wish I could give this place a zero, but unfortunately, that’s not an option. My recent experience with this location was nothing short of a nightmare. Let me break it down for anyone considering ordering from here: think twice.
Firstly, the pizza arrived in a state that can only be described as a disaster. It was smushed up to the point where it was hard to distinguish the toppings from the box. I’ve seen abstract art that was less confusing than this mess. This was not what I expected when I ordered a pizza for a simple evening treat.
Thinking this could be easily resolved, I attempted to contact the location to inform them of the issue. To my disbelief, I was hung up on. Not once, but twice. The blatant disregard for customer satisfaction was appalling. There was no attempt to rectify the situation, apologize, or even acknowledge the problem. This level of customer service is unacceptable in any industry, especially in the food service where satisfaction should be a priority.
Based on this experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone. The lack of quality in both their product and their service is glaringly obvious. So called the store had to hold, didnt mind this part. Was told they will send the correct order again, didnt mention any charge or anything. Driver comes about an hour later when most people were done, we stopped eating the wrong order pizza, but three slice was already gone. Anyways, driver ask to say .50cent I know its not much, but I didnt get an option and it was their idea to bring a new pizza. So I asked, driver called the store. Some girl picked up saying I have to pay or you dont get the new pizza. So I ask for a partial refund of three dollars (price of stuff crust) and didnt ask to keep the new pizza. But she said no and keep ask to pay .50. Which I said no because it wanst our fault. He walks up with a unmarked duffle bag and no uniform with no car and tries explaining how he couldn't simply gps the direct address. I open my food to see the wrapper been tampered with and my food have been vandalized as if things were stuck into my food. I'm unsure why when the ordering process was completely positive for the most part. I'm unsure why i was texted my a direct pizza hut number with an eta and a random unmarked private number from a person with no uniform delivering my pizza. This has been a long and very amazing relationship and memories with pizza hut and now I'm honestly uncomfortable with this branch with my money not knowing what or who will be make or handling food I'm consuming.
