Very unprofessional. I was calling to let the store that i was on my way for pick up...No ONE answered. The 3 numbers listed on their card, no one responded. The number on google, no one responded. When i got there and let them know that i had called them but no one answered. They said the phone hadnt rung. The arrangement was not done by the pick up time. I paid and gave the receipt to one of the men, and they took the money without accounting for it. So I had to pay an extra 40 dollars for my arrangement. Because i didn't have time to argue, at this point I was too short on time. And still... i waited on the ribbon for the arrangement because it was also not done upon arrival. We arrived 30mins past pick-up time, thinking this way they'd have some time to get everything ready. And they did not meet the deal they agreed to. Seriously, scammed me 40 dollars. And made me late to...

Made an order in advance and put a deposit on 2 flower arrangements. Showed picture of what we wanted. But when the day came to pick up our order, it wasn't done. They made a last minute job. Communication was horrible. It was like pulling teeth. Flowers arrived 1.5 hours late to the viewing of our loved one. When we called them to get an ETA, they stated no one told them they had to be there at 1pm. It was very frustrating, especially since I confirmed the time every day for four days....
