RG flowers — Local services in Los Angeles

The florist arrangement overall was beautiful but our challenge was that they did not follow directions based on what was discussed in person and on the invoice. Example, we ask for specific colors for the roses based on an example arrangement we saw in their shop, they did not follow our request and so we ask them to fix it. Thank goodness we ask them to send a picture before delivery in order to have them make the corrections, so we thought.

We then ask the shop to send us a picture of the custom ribbon, and after seeing the picture we realized they had made a mistake with the name spelling. We thought okay, they have time to fix this before delivering the flowers to the cemetery. We told them to follow the name spelling on the invoice and then verbally confirmed the name spelling over the phone. When we arrived to the cemetery to see the flowers and the ribbon, we noticed the florist yet again misspelled the name wrong (the correct name was Tonya, but we got Tania and then Tanya). We didn't bother to call back yet again....what would be the point the funeral service was ready to start. If a vendor is unwilling to listen to the customer and take the time to make sure they are correctly fixing the mistake and still make more mistakes a second or third time, they obviously don't care about...

We used RG Flowers for our wedding. Everything from the bouquets, the church flower arrangement, and the reception centerpieces were absolutely breathtaking! Even months after the wedding, we still hear from our guests about how beautiful the flowers were. We were in good hands with Yanira and Monica. They were so easy to work with and their prices were so reasonable. They listened to what we wanted for the arrangements and shared their knowledge on what would work based on their expertise and experience. They even gave us a sample of the arrangements so we knew what it would look like before we placed the order. We'll come to RG Flowers for our future orders and have been telling everyone we know to go...

My family ordered two floral baskets and a Wreath for my father in laws funeral. We wanted them delivered at 9 am so that we would have them there so we can set them up for the service. The day of, they were not there at the funeral home at the time we wanted them and when we were trying to call them, we were going straight to voicemail. We decided to just start the service without the flowers and right in the middle of our service they came. On top of that, they weren’t even the size we wanted. They were a medium. With everything that me and my family had to go through already, we are so upset with the service and the unprofessionalism...
