Run down studios with shady management.

I bought a Bittree 969-S patch bay from these guys and picked it up in the studios. They’re all worn down with old equipment and everything was super disorganized. They pointed me to a pile of patch bays and said they were all the same, so just pick one. It wasn’t until I went to install it a month later that I discovered it was a different model. I reached out to the owner and they don’t even have a 969-S. Someone listed it incorrectly. The B96C they gave me sells for about $300 less. He said it’s my fault for not fact checking him when I picked up the patch bay and refused to give me a refund. He didn’t even have the support bracket for this one that was shown in the photos.

BEWARE. These people are extremely disorganized and careless at best, scammers at worst. I can’t imagine trusting them...

Unbelievable. I mean wow. Ice cream studios is the best studio that I have ever been too. Gave me the best experience ever. If your dropping in from out of town I highly recommend this place. They’re engineers are super friendly and super nice. They’re also extremely professional. The staff there also serves cold drinks and snacks. If your looking for the best experience icecream studios is the place. They will have your music coming out sounding beautiful and crisp. 5 star, 2 thumbs up!! Thank you...

Being used to my own setup at home, I was blown away by the various equipment available here. Their sound engineers are extremely knowledgeable, and really take in your input to determine what type of sound you want. They take the time to explain things to you, rather than just doing what they believe seems fit. I am able to take my sound to the next level due to the amazing guys over here at Ice Cream Sound Studios, and would definitely recommend...
