I have a vintage Memovox that needed servicing. I contacted several other places around the country first and couldn't even get most of them to return multiple calls and emails for weeks. Then a friend pointed me to Craft & Tailored. I sent an email and had a response within 1 hour. Got a very fair quote on the repair and assistance with a shipping label to send it in since I'm on the east coast. The whole process was very easy and I received frequent communication updates when they received my watch, when the watchmaker started working on it, and when it was done. They completed the repair in 8 days when the only other place I could get to return my calls quoted me 10+ weeks and they wanted nearly twice as much money! I ordered a Flat Link Bracelet from Craft + Tailored for my 2023 Omega Speedmaster Professional the website said in stock the company took my payment, six days went buy I noticed the item was not yet shipped I called many times left voicemails, emailed and left messages through other social media no response. I kept on calling finally someone answered. I was told the bracelet is not in stock anymore even tho the website said it was in stock and it took my payment. I also ordered extra links for this bracelet from another website which costed me 100$ non refundable. I never received the bracelet from Craft + Tailored so the extra links are useless lost -100$ .
