An attendant (with red colored lenses) was not aware of sizing, stock, or failed to let us know about how each indigo piece will look completely different form one another. After noticing this, his colleague decided to help us. Also my friend's phone 'mysteriously 'disappeared after being left on the counter store. They had no security footage to back themselves up. I will be returning my merchandise due to this unsatisfactory customer...

It's difficult for a $50 t-shirt to live up to expectations, and IOAN exceeded those expectations. Not only are the shirts of exceptional quality, they are also wonderfully soft. The natural/unbleached cotton is a beautiful color, and the dark iron color is bold yet subdued. The fit is excellent, I am on the border of men's medium-large, and the large is a comfortable size, and is cut brilliantly. I'll be buying more shirts, and plan to purchase sweaters and jackets come...

Nothing to do with the clothes, just the store. I’ve looked at their stuff online for years and was excited to check them out in person. Of course places like this are busy, but the response to questions like if the store has another size of/if they will restock an item felt a bit terse. I was just asking about a single jacket that I would have bought in my size. I did not enjoy my experience...
