Do NOT shop here or at any location. So many issues with their customer service - where to begin?

First they keep nothing in stock so you have to order it online. The in store sales rep placed the order for me and lied about it being in stock. It took more than a month to ship (I was told it would be delivered in a few days) and when I called the store to inquire they told me they couldn't see any information about why it was taking so long and offered no assistance. I had to reach out to their online support so the store is basically useless.

I later found they were running a 15% off sale and since my order hadn't shipped, I asked them to apply it. They claimed technical limitations which was a blatant lie as I know for a fact they can.

They then shipped me a used/damaged diamond ring with a tighter fit than what I tried on in store so I returned it. I've been trying for months now to get a refund and they have refused claiming I caused the damage. At every step of the way, this has felt like a scam operation.

They spend millions on advertising - you see ads for this brand everywhere but they invest nothing in customer service and I can't remember the last time I was this frustrated with a brand. Over a $1000 down the drain because I fell for the ads and thought they might be reputable. They don't stand behind their products....

I live out of state and I shopped here just over a month ago when I was in town. I purchased a very pricy diamond huggie that was poorly designed- the weight of the diamond caused it to swing down to face the ground so that it could not be seen. It would not stay in place. Knowing that I would be back in a month for another trip, I waited until today to bring the huggie back. At first I was told that I likely could not switch it out for a different item, but the manager ended up giving me store credit and allowed me to pick out a new piece of jewelry. This was not necessary and I would have understood if she had said no. It was very generous of her to allow me to exchange and I am very happy with my new finds! Thank you and I look forward to...

I got my second hole re-pierced at a location’s pop-up piercing shop and it was not a transparent experience whatsoever. I have waited over year for another pop-up so I can get my post changed out to a shorter one - as promised by Mejuri - yet still not delivered. While they seem like a quality store, their jewelry needs to be cleaned constantly to be nice and isn’t worth the investment in my opinion because most are not real gold/silver - just plated. For pricing of their plated jewelry, you can easily get better truly non-tarnishing jewelry from other brands for a lot cheaper. These first experiences with them really...
