I’m so choked the way this person name Jennifer I believe, dark hair’s short, I believe she Latin , this was my first time shopping at this store (and definitely will be my last ) I walk in to return this 2small pouch that I purchased 1 week earlier because was way too small , the sale associate said I didn’t have prove a purchase and I’m telling her I have at profile , try with email then phone she telling me NO U DONT HAVE THE RECEIPT SO YOU CAN RETURN, I’m getting upset I’m explaining her to look up with my number I type my self on her computer and finally I find my transaction, after that she said I only see 1 bag I’m telling her here we go showing my back charge of the total and explained her that if the sale associate made at mistake and not link my purchase on my profile she need own the mistake and fix that .finally they fixed after 30 minutes and the manger Jennifer she telling me I was not patient with her co worker…. lol seriously!!!! She at management person she should know that SHE OWN ME ON Apology!!! To treat me like I didn’t know buy there . First time experience with this brand..staff was super helpful at accommodating... I bought the two-piece tennis set in cactus and it's great I get tons of compliments on it and it's soft and so far it's stayed great after washes. Their “visual” policy is to hide price / size tags in bras. I had a hard time taking them out of the bra cups and I didn’t want to ruin the clothes so I wanted to ask staff to take them out for me. The lady saw me and knew I was quietly standing right in front of me to offer help first as she was chatting about some casual stuff with the other lady. She completely ignored me.
