This family owned butcher deserves every single one of these stars. I came in as a doordasher today and just from my experience alone these genuine people have an amazing business. Just from the customer experience alone along with a great layout of their premium cuts, just flat out amazing. There was a system mishap where their system had told them a later time to be ready compared for DoorDash itself, long story short that man went above and beyond with transparency, being as timely as possible, all while handling other people’s orders with the team. Hands down the best Butcher in Los Angeles. Four generations of Marcondas and it seems to only get better. The meat counter is incredible but for the best poultry go to Marconda's Puritan Poultry in the same building! The marinated chicken thighs come in Teriyaki, Thai, Tandoori and others. I have purchased meatball from them and had much more fat that what they announce. Same experience with stakes. Their stakes are hard to chew and taste funny, they overcharge with imposing those fats.

They are extremely arrogant, argumentative and rude, and since they are in the Farmers Market they think they don't need to be customer friendly or give good quality meat, as they use the market's umbrella.
