Nikky's flowers — Local services in Los Angeles

I recently got married, i ordered my bridal Nd brides maids bouquet from this comp. I went in around 6 months before my big day, i showed (Evelyn) the picture of the bouquet i wanted... she said she could do with no problem. The bouquet contained the valley of the lili being my fav flower, about a few days prior to the wedding, i text her asking what time should i pickup, she then says pls text me a photo of the your bouquet huh??!?! So i did, i started to panic because i thought she already had everything ready. Well here come Friday one day before the wedding to pickup my order and surpirse surprise its not what i wanted!!!! Its a totally different bouquet! :0 I said what happen to my original request?? She said oh those flowers (valley of the lili) are not in season therefore they have the right to change the flowers to whats more closer to that without notice to the customer. I was so upset that i was even teary up, she asked if i wanted my money back ... what?!?! The wedding is tomorrow how im going find someone to do the work in one day? Ignorant!! .... she put it together the best she could however i wasnt content at all, once it was time to pay i mention to give me discount for the inconvenience, which at least she did. I wasn't charged the taxes. If she would had mention those flowers wouldn't be in season from the very beggining would had taken my business elsewhere. Will not be back and will not recommend noone to this...

I received the best service for my wedding. Evelyn went over and beyond to make sure my wedding looked elegant. She had such great ideas for me and went with the vision I was looking for. She knew exactly the style i was looking for and always added a special touch to everything. She was super helpful she provided all the flowers I needed from my bouquet, bridesmaid bouquet, flower girl crowns, grooms flowers, groom mens flower, flower for the mothers and fathers, main table, cake table she even decorated frames I had at the wedding. I couldn't be more satisfied with her service. She even delivers everything to your location and has someone set up for you. She truly made the wedding look spectacular with all the flower arrangements. Thank you...

Nikky's Flowers is AMAZING!! We purchased centerpieces and potted plants for a large convention and political dinner in LA. The owner Evelyn was extremely communicative and responsive. The flowers and plants showed up early and her driver helped with placing everything. But most importantly everything was BEAUTIFUL!!! I was so impressed by the quality of the arrangements.
