I can't express enough how disgusted I am with the management at Premiere Hollywood. My recent experience with Raquel, who I believe is not only incompetent and rude, but also involved in stealing packages, has left me terrified and frustrated.

I was expecting a package, and there was a photo showing a lot of Amazon boxes left at management table. Funny thing is, despite being in and out of the building constantly, I have never witnessed these packages. That makes me believe that Raquel is responsible for the missing packages, given her consistently rude and mean-spirited behavior towards residents.

But that's not the worst part. My neighbors have had the unfortunate experience of witnessing a homeless person walking in, tearing open all the boxes, and stealing what's inside. What's truly appalling is Raquel's nonchalant attitude, she claims she can't do anything and that's not her responsibility. Oh, really?! Simple measures like posting a notice instructing delivery personnel not to leave packages on the first floor are within her capability. However, it seems she has no interest in addressing this issue, likely because she's complicit in the thefts herself.

Raquel needs to be fired immediately. She represents the epitome of useless management, allowing chaos to reign in our building. It's mind-boggling how someone so negligent is still employed. Moreover, our apartment complex lacks basic amenities – no Christmas tree, no decorations, nothing that would make it feel like a home. I've seen better lobbies in other buildings.

Potential tenants, beware of the appalling management and the constant threat of package theft. Save yourself the misery and look elsewhere for a place...

Vincent was amazing, great communication and always on top of everything. But when they switched to the now nonchalant, arrogant, mean spirited manager Raquel every thing has gone down hill.

I began my application process in July 2023 It is now May 2024..

She made me resubmit my application over two times, take 10 months worth of paystubs and information, and most recently lied about the applications being “paused” due to a “lawsuit” And when I asked Through text for her to confirm that reason she couldn’t respond because she KNOWS she’s a liar. Ridiculous

after that text she then has the new inappropriate property management group call me at 10am to tell me that the unit that was assigned to me someone else is living in it now.

She also refused to give me copies of paperwork over and over and something told me to start recording these “resignings” she would ask me to come to randomly, thank god I did. Get copies of everything, keep the communication with this place in email and in text to protect yourself.

This is a very STRANGE place. I also have a very close friend that stays in the building and the things he’s experiencing makes me think that this is just how they treat ALL tenants or potential tenants.

Also..every sense I resubmitted my application I have received numerous alerts of identity...
