Regus: A Nightmare Leasing Experience
Leasing an office at Regus has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience for the benefit of others considering their services.
Ego-Centric and Infantile Staff: The staff at Regus exhibit an alarming level of ego-centric behavior and infantile responses. Requests are met with unnecessary resistance, and professionalism seems to be a rare commodity among the team.
Contracts with Building Management to Lie: It's disheartening to discover that Regus has contracts with building management to propagate lies on their behalf. This deceitful practice undermines trust and transparency, creating an environment where tenants are left in the dark.
Zero Problem Resolution: Regus fails miserably in problem resolution. Issues are not addressed promptly, and the lack of accountability exacerbates the challenges faced by tenants. It's a frustrating cycle of problems with no effective resolution in sight.
Sensitive Staff Blocking Guest Access: The staff, seemingly sensitive to any request, resort to blocking guest and client access. This unprofessional behavior not only hampers business operations but reflects poorly on the company's commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive workspace.
Putting Staff and Leasers in Danger: A disturbing revelation is the blatant disregard for safety. Regus appears to cover up situations that put both staff and leasers in potential danger. This is an unacceptable practice that compromises the well-being of everyone involved.
In conclusion, my experience with Regus has been nothing short of a disaster. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to avoid this company like the plague. There are far better and more reputable options available that prioritize professionalism, transparency, and the safety of their tenants.

Read moreRegus is hands down the worst place to lease an office, and here's why:
Firstly, their staff are ego-centric and infantile. Instead of providing professional service, they throw tantrums and act like they're doing you a favor by acknowledging your existence.
Secondly, they have contracts with the building management to lie on their behalf. They'll cover up their mistakes and put your business at risk just to save face with the higher-ups.
Thirdly, they have zero problem resolution. Any issue you bring to their attention is met with indifference or, worse, retaliation. The little men that work there get their little feelings hurt for any type of request and retaliate by blocking your guests or clients from entering the building.
Worst of all, they put their staff and lessees in danger and cover it up. They prioritize their image over your safety, which is unacceptable.
Avoid Regus like the plague if you value your sanity, safety, and business success. They're a nightmare to deal with, and there are plenty of better...

I rented an office space for $533/month and used the space for 2 months which I have already paid the invoices including the security deposited.
Regus is asking to pay ~1500 above what I have already paid. The reason they are charging me for IT services which I dint even use. I wasn't even set up with correct printer settings. No phone or anything in the office but I still pay for it above the monthly rental ( Which I was told that everything is included). Restoration charge for not what... These charges were never disclosed before I rented the space.
Their latest invoice will show that I have just paid 500 bucks where as their online portal shows I have paid 1200 bucks.. I am trying to fight this by showing them their mistakes so they are charging me for late payments.
I may not win the battle here, because I am just one person fighting but...
