RIPNDIP — Local services in Los Angeles

If you're considering ordering from overseas from their online store, DON'T, unless you want to get RIPPED OFF by them.

I recently ordered a last item they had on their catalog from Singapore and was supposed to get it within a week on 23 June but IT NEVER ARRIVED.

I didn't include their 'Order Protection' when I checked out as I was already paying 19.70SGD for shipping ALONE. 'Order Protection' requires an additional 2.48SGD to make up for their screwed up choice of shipping with Fedex. Without the 'protection' it essentially gives them 100% freedom to screw things up and don't expect them to give two shts or help.

They used Fedex's global shipping for international orders. I reached out to Fedex 3 days after waiting for the package which never came, with ZERO updates on their tracker, only to find out a week later (3 July) my package just dropped out of existence at Fedex's CA hub the day after it was handed to them (18 Jun)

If I knew both of them were this unreliable, I wouldn't have paid for their bs product and services. Never again will I buy from RIPNDIP or any merchant who uses Fedex. What an...

Ordered three long sleeves online according to a previous purchase at Simons. The large was 3 times bigger than the one bought in store... We then told them we had a problem, they answered fast but did not compensate their mistake. Then we had to pay more than the set fee for the return, which was 28$CAD... then we had no answer for weeks, until I sent another email asking how the process went. They forgot to advise us that the long sleeves arrived at their warehouse... We got the coupon to order them agaiin and had to pay for the shipping fee another time. Also, the tees are not the same fabric... anyway I don’t recommend this store whatsoever, although they give sick stickers which is why I gave...

Matt from customer service is very kind and helpful. I did have to call USPS for an investigation, which took 40min of on hold, but after I confirmed with USPS to send the mis-delivered original package back to the sender if they could find it, Matt helped me replaced my order with no extra cost. It took some wait during the holidays, but I love the T shirt and the socks, they are really cute.

----Original review---- Online order never delivered, and they don't reimburse or re-issue the order. As a contrast, my other USPS delivery that said delivered same day that was also missing was from Chewy and they re-issued another order...
