Terrible customer service. Short asian lady was rude when i picked a shirt i wanted to show her. She was like “put that back there i will get you one!” Without even saying please. After a while, she got me a medium size and then she started saying that there is no more large after i asked i want to try large as well when she came with the medium. I was pretty sure she did not want to go back there again searching for large, and it was there. Also, you cannot try shirts on. The asian dude and short girl did not help me at all in finding my right size. The taller asian dude who looked super high made me stand in line forever to check out when he could have easily checked me out on the second counter. They did that on purpose. These are amongst the best employees and staff members I have ever met. Not only did they helo me look for the bag I wanted but also assisted my 13 year old brother look for an expensive jacket that we ended up getting for his birthday. I never expected to quality of the customer service to be so good considering everything pretty much sells itself, but everyone was so helpful and recommended items I didn't even know about. They don't even deserve one star. Last Saturday my son bought a sweatshirt for $125. Display was size Large so we asked for Medium. When we came home it was size Small. I drove there again to find out they don't exchange at all. They were very rude about it and did not want to hear my story.
