Quite honestly this is a perfect dream store! I love Shiseido and have used it for years! People always compliment my skin and especially my face. I tell them my secret is Shiseido! I’ll be getting facials regularly and my compliments will only increase! They recommend two facials a month.
I bought foundation and primer here the first time I came for about $100 total. I love the quality of Shiseido products. They have tons of cosmetics here! The ladies are so elegant and nice! They have established a perfect environment for LGBT patrons!
I’ve gotten facials as well. The first two facial packages cost $35 and $50. There are higher priced packages as well and they also offer back massages. The facials here are awesome! There are several applications of creams, lotions and even sunblock! The facial specialist is a sweet, soft spoken lady. She uses hot or warm applications and cool or cold applications of product. She uses warmed stones too, which make a relaxing sound when they strike each other. She places a cellophane like mask on you. She also places a cloth mask. There’s also use of a hot face towel. The lady plays relaxing music. She pays attention to detail in so many ways. You truly are pampered! The facial lasts about an hour.
The store is neat and pretty inside. Parking is in front and it becomes valet parking soon after 10 am. There’s meter parking...

I bought a sunscreen from this store a few weeks ago. I don’t think the owner was aware, but it turned out to be a counterfeit. I’ve been using the original product from Korea for a long time, and the one I bought here was completely different. The texture was thick and greasy—just like the fake versions that are well known online. The original formula is supposed to be light and lotion-like. I even compared it with a mini version I got at a U.S. pop-up event, and the one from this store was clearly fake. I think I paid around $20–$25, and I also bought other skincare products that, in my opinion, also seem to be counterfeit.
If you’re looking for authentic Korean products, I recommend buying from Olive Young. Whether the owner knew or not, I don’t think it’s right to sell these kinds of products at...
