One of the Worst Customer Service Experiences at LAX United Counter
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with United at LAX. Almost every woman working at the United agent assistance and baggage check-in (except for one kind staff member) was shockingly rude, unhelpful, and lacked any sense of basic customer service.
They were dismissive, impatient, and seemed more focused on finding ways to charge extra fees than actually assisting passengers. It felt like their goal was to make things harder rather than help people get where they needed to go. No empathy, no effort—just cold, transactional behavior.
United seriously needs to evaluate the training and attitude of their staff at LAX. Travel is already stressful enough, and having to deal with such unprofessional service makes it even worse. I expected more from a major airline. Definitely I will never fly with...
