Venice Boardwalk Bike Rental — Local services in Los Angeles

Be careful – they took a photo of my passport without proper explanation. I rented a bike here and they required a credit card as a deposit, which is fine. But they also took a photo of my passport and didn’t give a clear reason. When I returned the bike, I asked them to delete the photo, and they said they would – but they didn’t show any proof and didn’t seem professional about it. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, especially as a traveler. I do not recommend leaving your passport information here unless they change their policy and handle customer privacy more...

The guy cld not have seemed more displeased to serve me despite my bubbly friendly demeanour…

The bike was ok & did the job but the black handle bar holders rubbed off black on my hands & the seat was rlly hurting my butt after the 3 hr ride to the start of malibu.

But it did the job.

All in all an ok exp.

But when i brought the bike back the dude still seemed rlly unhappy to even have to take the bike back.

Great service, rates, and equipment ! I Highly recommend picking up bikes here and riding to the Venice pier and then back up to the Santa Monica pier. Awesome, time and an awesome day ! My son and I keep going again and again ! They have skates and boards and other equipment too! Super nice family owned...
