Today I visited your establishment with my dog and was eager for a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, my time at the bar was anything but pleasant due to the service, or lack thereof, provided by one of your waitresses.
I found myself waiting for 5 to 8 minutes before she even approached me for a drink order. Even then, it was only after I had to beckon her twice. I noticed she had an assistant, so I initially assumed she might have been preoccupied, giving her the benefit of the doubt. However, it took another 5 minutes for her to bring me a simple glass of beer, culminating in a wait of approximately 15 minutes.
I subsequently placed a food order for a Mushroom Quesadilla through her assistant, expecting a smoother service from thereon. Alas, after 20 minutes, there was no sign of my food. Meanwhile, the same waitress wouldn't even inquire if I needed anything but seemingly ignored me, and she spent considerable time chatting and laughing with other white customers just across my table.
When I inquired about my dog not being offered any water, she responded with a defensive and discourteous attitude, implying that it was my fault for not asking. This was especially distressing to me as it seemed to be a case of clear bias. The fact that other patrons, who arrived after me, received prompt service and attention only added to my concerns of potential racial prejudice.
It took an additional 10 minutes for my food to finally arrive. By this time, my appetite and mood had been thoroughly ruined by the sequence of neglect and apparent discrimination. I chose to pay for my order and leave without consuming the meal, feeling disappointed and insulted.
I understand that restaurants and bars can have busy moments, but it's crucial that all customers are treated with fairness, courtesy, and respect. I felt none of this during my visit, and it is my hope that you will address this...
Read morelast! I actually hope they expand because the food is great but inexperienced staff can really jeopardize a small buisness. I originally wrote a long detailed description of my last visit but opted out of to many details because one of the crappy female servers ruined my experience and I have to think maybe it was a bad day for her and let it go but I won't be back with my kids in the future nor will I introduce the place to any future clients. I hope they work with postmates because I don't want to be abused by a grumpy server while I'm with my family or conducting business. In addition the co ed bathroom isn't worth my 18% gratuity...its gross and so was the attitude of the waitress serving the patio, if she was my server I would have had to leave but the girl we had was decent. I can't understand people sometimes but they just take the order and bring the drinks I have had 20 years in this industry and the customer should be treated like a guest in your home that pays your rent, please don't judge people with children because honestly my kids are well behaved and I can obviously afford to pay my bills and then sum so I hope to end this will thank you for a great menu but I think a hospitality class would do a world of good for the female staff I experienced on 4 separate occasions..a male delivered our plates and said 0 words yet he...
Read moreOrdered my food and waited about 15 minutes for mine and my wife's burgers which is fine. My wife got her burger but I did not get mine, waited a few minutes more while my wife started eating, was brought refill for her drink, still no food for me. I walked back downstairs and asked him if he had forgot about me and he said "I thought you guys only wanted one burger" we clearly each ordered our separate burgers, even got different toppings on them. My wifes birthday dinner and she ate alone because the waiter didn't listen clearly. Also, the fries are god awful disgusting, throw those things in the garbage. Will not return, luckily my wife is a patient person. No attempt to make the situation better was attempted. I still paid full price for everything I ordered. Saved on the tip though so we're all...
