Nulu Food Mart — Local services in Louisville

The owner is a scammer! We did a locksmith job for Issa Ikhlayel on May 1, 2024, he is opening the new location at 339 N 42nd St, Louisville, Kentucky 40212 and he requested the service with us to replace commercial locks. Our tech spent almost whole day there to do the service, then Mr Issa requested the invoice to be sent to his email, which we did couple of times, but he was pretending not receiving them, though we saw he opened the invoices. He owes us $905. Since then we tried to call him multiple times, no response, then we sent him the email, still no response. Also tech was at Nulu Food Mart store twice and Mr Issa hid himself and never showed up to pay for the service that we did for him. He is not taking responsibility to pay for someone else's work. He is a scammer!!! I do not suggest anyone to do business with him, trust me, he will...

There over charging people when we say something they laugh at you but it's bad when you go on a budget and you still over spend I believe someone from the grocery store commissioner needs to come and see how there over charging for a 2 liter your spending almost 4.00 and there alcohol beverages are to high I've looked up some of there beers and it high then other stores 16oz beer cans they charger 9.99 when you go somewhere else and get it for 6.99or 7.99. This is ridiculous shame on you all they need to close...

Phenomenal customer service, and fair pricing here, and really friendly employees. They also have the best quality, tasting, and priced coffee in all of Louisville. Sure it may be a little bit pricey on some things, but what those complaining about the prices don't realize that nulu food Mart is a "Mom and Pop" retail, not a corporate owned retail. And owning, running and leasing a "Mom and Pop" retail is more expensive for the owner than it is for a multi million or billion dollar corporate company...
