We recently had our floors done throughout most of our house. We shopped around at several places and had some in home estimates. America’s Floor Source was the our last stop and the one we ultimately chose.

It was a one stop shop for us offering both carpet and hard flooring. Brenda was our salesperson and I cannot speak highly enough of her. I feel like we weren’t pressured or “sold” to. She is personable and down to earth. She intuitively helped me find the best carpet and LVP for our budget. The quality and aesthetic appeal was far above the others. Their pricing was even better.

We did have to wait a little longer for the LVP because the one we chose was back ordered but now that both flooring has been installed I’m glad we were patient and waited. The installers of the carpet were a group of 3 very hard workers who completed entire carpet installation in a workday. They paid attention to every detail and asked my opinion on several different things. They did such a beautiful job! The installer for the LVP is a different company and consisted of a very skilled man with 25+ years experience. He also finished in a work day even though he came across some extra obstacles with our foundation needing some concrete and leveling. He and his helper were amazing and did a fabulous job.

America’s Floor Source was contracted by our builder for our vinyl flooring and tile , the vinyl flooring looked very good, however, our tile in the primary bathroom was a complete train wreck, they had to come back out a total of 8 times including a complete redo and it kept getting worse, the first time they did the floor it had a 1 3/8 inch drop off to the vinyl floor on a new home build, the second time they removed and redid the floor it was completely unlevel, with a huge hump running down the entire length of the floor, they still couldn’t get it right after doing the floor a 3rd time, as well as the grout lines not matching up, bullnose tile not laid correctly, unsymmetrical layout around the corner tub, large gaps around shower fixtures, they installed a cubby on an exterior wall of the shower that had to be torn out and relocated, the sitting area in the shower held water, multiple areas where the edge of the tile is sticking up and not level, they completely ruined our new bathroom, the builder ended up giving our money back, we are now looking for another company to completely redo our bathroom, I 100% WOULD NOT recommend America’s Floor...

Shout out to Margaret at Flooring Gallery who goes Above And Beyond for her customers!! She has been a tremendous help to us as we are getting ready to install new carpeting! She took extremely detailed measurements of our store, and guided us through the different qualities of each style, advised us on colors, and really seemed like she wanted to help us. I am SO impressed with her level of dedication and skill! As a business owner, customers are our lifeblood, and taking care of them and giving them top notch service is paramount. Margaret embodies the best of the best in a consultant, and I truly hope her upper management knows and acknowledges her as such. Unfortunately, Flooring Gallery prices came in significantly higher than the other stores (on same product) that I got bids on here in town.
