I placed an order around 4am on August 20 2017 my order went through and I had wanted to add on an orange minute maid. The employee who is helping me then asked me to wait repeatedly 3 times I said yeah I can wait no problem. The employee says our system just went down if you repeat your order your whole order will be free, I started repeating my order. It was two jumbo Jacks, large curly fries, 7 piece jalapeño stuffed, 2 two piece tacos, 10 piece churro, 2 chocolate overload cakes, and I was adding an orange minute maid. When I was a third way through repeating my order the employee said he could only give me 5 items free. "I dont understand" I said as I follow with "you just told me the whole order is going to be free." I ask to speak to the Manager and am asked to pull up to the window. I speak with the AM who is actually an outstanding worker. However I was only presented with $5 dollars off my entire meal because of misunderstanding, I said I would be willing to pay half because the employee who apperantly was training had said to me several times my entire order would be free meaning I pay 0 or nothing. I decide I'll pay half because I am getting a service and I would fell like that sounded to generous. Now when the bill is about $30 and I was told free that would be $0 so I was going to pay $15 and while I talked with the AM I was only offered $5 off making it $25. Now my problem lies at I was told I don't need to pay anything. When I offer $15 still take that because it's better than getting nothing. I am frustrated because I got off work and I am trying to pick up food and it turns into this whole ordeal because the system went down. Through the talking and everything I only got $7 off and free 10 piece mini churro. I was their around 355am up to around a little after 5am. Their is no reason this should ever happen. I intend to talk with a district manager, owner or reporter next time this happens the new employee was also rude to me when I was discussing what occurred and he said we have other customers. I am not pleased with the service. I did appreciate the AM taking his time talking with me he was very friendly and helpful and only for that will I...
Read moreI love the night crew here! I always like coming here because the crew are always professional, super nice and they aren't stingy with giving out the sauces. I usually order a LOT of chicken nuggets for all of my kids (Usually around 50 chicken nuggets) and they always make sure to ask me which sauces I want and they organize everything really well in the bags: chicken nuggets in one bag; fries in the other bag; salad in the other bag and, lastly, tacos with a ton of sauce packets in the last bag. 1 thing I did notice...the side salads have shrunk. I can tell because I used to be able to put a whole packet of ranch on and it was perfect. Tonight I put on the ranch and it was too much. And just looking you could tell the salad was smaller. So salad was a bit small AND my tacos were soggy with oil! This is a common problem at a LOT of Jack in the Boxes. I had to go back in with 4 tacos and have them re-made because they were too soggy. The guy behind the counter was cool about it. I've seen another woman at this same location have her tacos also re-made for the same issue. So, just an fyi, don't leave them in the fryer so long!
Other than the issue with the salad size and tacos being soggy I have no issues with this place and would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Very nice people!
And thank you for working Christmas Eve so late!

Read moreI placed a pickup order for two sandwiches, and one was made incorrectly. When my husband politely asked for it to be remade, the staff member told him he would have to wait—even though this was a pickup order. After the sandwich was fixed, the employee placed it on the shelf instead of handing it over, and when my husband asked if he could just give it to him, he was met with rudeness and told again to “be patient.”
The service was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. The staff member repeatedly mentioned being short-staffed, but that is not an excuse to take it out on customers. Everyone waiting was visibly frustrated, and it was clear that customer service was not a priority.
As someone who also works in customer service, I can confidently say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve witnessed. If you cannot manage tasks with the staff you have, it should never be the customer’s problem. This level of service will not be tolerated.
This place is not recommended, and I hope to receive a response back with next steps regarding this staff member, who clearly needs training on proper customer service.
